Yes. I sent make up pallette for my nephew who was stationed abroad at the time and the men’s wallet set reached his wife! Of course they could exchange it when they met but it gave them.a good laugh knowing that he would be holding on to that make-up kit for the next 8 months until he returned home.

Many times! Latest was cigars for an old friend who I was to meet at a reunion around the holidays last year’s. I had no idea had COPD disease now.

I took Rum balls chocolate pack for a teetotaller who happened to be my supervisor’s boss. Needless to say it was taken as a thoughtless gesture and I blew my chances for any favors!

I once gave a bottle of Chevis Regal to the owner of the company I worked for, unbeknownst to me, another employee with a drinking problem stole it before the gift was opened, so it appeared that I hadn’t given a gift.

I took a state of the art folding walking cane for a friend’s sister who recently had a leg fracture. Turns out the she had a fractured arm! Need to be attentive!!

Oh yes….sent premium liquor chocolate gift pack to my bestie from.college. Didnt know his wife was trying very hard to help him quit drinking. It was embarrassing to gift an unwelcome item

I got my son the RC car he had been waiting for and it died within two minutes… That was a bit of a letdown for him!
