Chicken and peas, frozen dinner. Yummy
I love those frozen chicken pot pies. Ate them as a kid during the winter months. Makes my mouth water just thinking about it.
Pot pie means to me, eating some at the dinner table as a kid and not wanting to eat it. Also, wondering that young why it never tasted better than it did.
Hop-a-Long Cassidy, Rin Tin Tin, The Lone Ranger all on a “T.V. Tray” with a pot pie and a glass of milk!
1959 and my father laid-off from the steel mill. Way too many pot pies and other ‘economical’ dinners.
Chicken pot pie – the perfect school lunch!
I have only had the frozen pot pies. Are they included in the celebration? : )
Pot Pie means … avoid! Not a fan really.
Pot Pie? Nope. I don’t care for it.
“No chicken escapes from Tweedy’s Farm!”
Pot pie to me is a Wholesome meal!
Turkey pot pie–American comfort food of British descent. Winter food only to be cooked in a conventional oven, fills the whole house with home cookin’ aroma even though the pie is frozen. I could eat ’em every day but it seems the salt level has been jacked up compared to generations past.
Pot pie means homemade deliciousness to me 🙂
Pot pie is the best meal in a single serving in my opinion. So rich…so gooood!
Pot pies begin and end at chicken pot pies….IMHO. To each his own I guess.
Pot pies were my Mom’s favorite way to get us to eat our veggies!!!
Pot pie= Mom-made chicken pot pie! Yummylicious!
Pot Pies means a delicious homemade (including crust) chicken pot pie with vegetables.
Pies in my opinion are best when sweet! Pot pie….my favorite would be apple 🙂

Banquet or Swanson frozen beef pot pies. Yum. Sounds good right now.
Never relished it.
Can you send over a pot pie now? Chicken would be great :->
Frozen ones-big no
Pot Pie is such a warm and comforting food. I think of snow covered tree limbs, warm fires, blankets, and poppies. 😀
it means chicken pot pie for my birthday (23rd)! the good stuff, too, with the crust all the way ’round …
Pot pies were a treat I got at Grandma’s house. I used to love them things. Such memories.
Have you had one lately? There is almost nothing in them.
Only homemade pot pies please.
Do the frozen pot pies get included in the day of recognition? : )
It means coming home after school when I was a kid, and throwing a single serving pot pie in the oven as a snack. Yummy!
Home made Pot Pie!
NIce baked chicken goodness with fresh vegetables.
Hot yummy stick to your ribs goodness!
Pot Pie means Chicken! Chunks of it, baked into a deep clay pie pot with a creamy chicken gravy and peas and carrots, more for color than for flavor. a traditional pie flaky pie crust. Watch out that you don’t burn the roof of your mouth because this pie is best served piping hot.
MMM, my mom made them and I liked watching the precision of her carefully placed fork as she crimped the edge shut.
Chicken pot pies…Yummmm…are English peas, Carrots, Chopped Onions, and big chunks of cooked chicken in a creamy gravy baked in a flaky pastry.
