I would pay for dental work for family and friends, and pay for pending health/medical needs for family and friends. And use funds to protect the historical cabin known as the first territorial cabin for the state of Colorado (1859) which has huge significance to many people locally, especially my father who twice (’76 and then in 2009) put personal money and managed the restoration and protection of this cabin… that means a tremendous amount to him. I know, three things with dreamy lottery winnings… but care for friends needs and work to protect this historical cabin for the future.
