We're very sorry to have created any ill will. We try to be reasonable people and make sure that any solution we offer is acceptable. I researched your situation and it appears you purchased the FM Transmitter in 2002 which is why we offered you the half price option in 2011. Given that so much time has passed, I no longer have access to any notes from the original order to see if you contacted us prior to 2011. There are definitely times where a product is received defective and that’s why we offer a one year warranty. Even if a product is outside of the warranty, we review each situation and try to come up with a solution that is reasonable for all involved.
