Giving to others
Surprising people with gifts when none is expected
Christmas dinner with my family. Black bean soup at lunch with many topings (sour cream, grated cheddar cheese, onions, and perhaps a bit of hot sauce. In the evening, dinner features prime rib, tossed salad, baked potato and spinach pie. Along with apertifs, dessert is a wonderful lemon pie with billowing meringue!
Along with great conversation, condesention and an overflow of wisecracks make it a memorable dinner!
Giving to others as much as I can both in time and in gifting
Extra-strong eggnog and good pals to enjoy it with! (To the excess, of course!)
Christmas music and decorations and food, all share with family and friends, means the holidays to me.

Famlly…
The most important thing for me at Christmastime is spending time with family and friends. There’s nothing more important than family! Merry Christmas to all!
Christmas music – my church has a large pipe organ
Standing rib roast.
Celebrating the birth of the Christ child with family and friends, exchanging gifts and enjoying a great Christmas meal.
Being with my sons and their family.
Peace, Pax, Pace !!!
BIRTH OF OUR SAVIOR JESUS. WITHOUT HIM THERE BE NO CHRISTMAS.
christmas means being with family but mine are 3,000 miles away.
Sadly, too many of my family have passed on.
Now my favorite holiday is Halloween because it marks the 40th anniversary of my first date with my girlfriend this year.
Kathy loves Halloween, Christmas, cats and me.🎅🏻🎄☃️😻
Family has to be the best part of the holidays, but for me it is also the time for a new year, a new spring and looking forward to the new growth and young arriving, and a new hope for a better year!
Great food and special gatherings!
Family being together!
My birthday, which is December 24.
Happiness of giving – soup kitchen!
I am 65 years old. I no longer have any real family that I can call Mine. I saw my brother at a hamburger stand drive-up for the last time in 1975. I saw my half brother in the late .80’s while I was living in Desert Hot Springs CA.
I have some friends that have adopted me kinda in to there family. But it isn’t the same. My parents, my mom died when I was a little kid of 9, Dad died in 1989. My dad and I weren’t close.
My point to all this is just to say, it doesn’t matter who you have for family. There will be only one of that person. So try to have a good relationship with them. When my wife passed some 3.5 years ago, her siblings I soon found out did not want me as a stepdad at all. I have my relationship with God, and ultimately, I know and take comfort in the fact he loves me more than any earthly relative could.
Since I alrady have the 2E, I would let someone else have mine. That is if I won the random drawing. Or I’d request if possible, the new radio with sideband tuning.
Thank you for reading this post.
