I got a Hallicrafter shortwave receiver from my Dad in the early sixties as a kid. I still have it, tho it doesn’t know how to filter out wireless RF noise (tube set). But some days, a homebrew and a day in the garage hunting signals with it is all I need.
I guess I would have to say that it was the one that I used the most. It was a bicycle I received on Christmas ’74 with a banana seat and chopper handle bars. I traveled a lot of miles on that thing.

It would be easy to answer something like my very first bike, or various other toys I have very fond memories of receiving when I was a kid, However, at my current age my most cherished present is a small hand crafted and personalized Christmas tree ornament my mom made for me, as a kid it was easy to dismiss it as just a silly ornament, but now, being just shy of 40 years later, I continue to proudly hang it on our Christmas tree every year, long after all those toys and bikes are long gone this simple ornament is easily my hands down favorite present of all time and makes me smile every year when I unbox it and hang it on the tree, Thanks Mom!
