C. Crane actually helps me enjoy my favorite part of the holiday season — listening to holiday music. Somehow it never gets old — and my C. Crane Internet radio makes it easier than ever to listen in round the clock.
The look on everyone’s faces when they find out I’m the one who baked all of the cookies.
Snow!!!!
Christmas day in the living room with the family and new family! And the traditional “12 Days of Christmas” singalong. “Fiiiiivvvve……………………….GOOOOOOOLLLLLLDDDDDD………………………..riIiIIinNnNnNnNgGgGggssss!”
To see the expressions on my 3 daughters faces, particularly my 4 year old.
Going to the beach with my family. It is summer in the southern hemisphere.
Taking a short respite from work, and time to visit with all the extended families that we get to see once a year.
The best part is dinner !
Seeing relatives that I only get to see once a year at holiday time.
I’m found of Thanksgiving because there isn’t any pressure to get a present for family. We get together, give thanks and fellowship with each other. And eat! Much nicer than emails, Facebook, etc.
I love Christmas parties, seeing friends and family all the special foods and goodies 🙂
I love Christmas lights, especially the houses completely decked out and the glowing reindeers in the yards!
To have another one of our parties
Dinnier !
Christmas of course. Full of precious memories of friends and family.
Christmas Eve with our children and grand children – fabulous fun.
The anticipation, the music and special foods
My favorite part of the holidays is seeing the look on kids faces who are helped by charitable efforts like Toys for Tots, etc. It reminds me of what is truly important, not the gifts we receive but the blessing of sharing with others.
Seeing the grandchildren for the first and only time of the year.
Tom
seeing the children open their presents.
Thanksgiving! it is an all inclusive holiday and the start of a giving spirit….. also the beginning of the Salvation Army Kettles.
Most definitely Thanksgiving. The heavenly scent of fresh baked pumpkin pie. The teasing aroma of a hot roasting turkey slumbering quietly for 5 long, arduous hours…until finally awakened in all it’s robust, flavorful glory by the timid yet persistent ring of an anxious oven timer.
My neice bakes a birthday cake for Jesus, writes ‘Happy Birthday Jesus’ on it. That’s pretty cool!
Family in my eyes and the smell of fresh pine in my nose.
Christmas tunes on the radio and family get-togethers.
Giving gifts to family and seeing the looks on their faces when they open said gifts as well as spreading the cheer online to others I know only through email or instants messenger and knowing even thought I only know them from being online they are like a part of my family, my online family.
I love reliving past memories while creating new ones…..
My favority part of the Holiday season is to see my family together enjoying the Christmas dinner and oppening present next day!
The holidays really are a giving time. It’s so gratifying to see the appreciation on someone’s face when they know you’ve gone out of your way to do something special.
i enjoy all the colorful lights and all the love ,and biscoitti and espresso, and music, happy children
My favorite part is those couple of early morning hours before everyone else is up on Christmas morning, and I can just feel the anticipation build as they each wake up one by one.
The look on people’s faces when they open the gifts I got them.
My favorite part of the Holiday season is when it’s over.
hot toddy
I enjoy the get togethers and the parties where the family gets to spend time together.
The joy of meeting my entire family and sharing gifts with them, especially my grand parents. It’s a time filled I look forward to whole year! 🙂
I love it all…the decoration, the gifts, family time, the fun and laughter that lingers on with you for the rest of the year. Oh..I can’t wait for the Holidays! 🙂
I love the holiday season: but the most satisfying part is the soup kitchen I volunteer at for the week around Christmas. The warmth that I feel by doing this is unbeatable…the best gift of all is when you give of yourself! 🙂
Snow!!
Peace to men of good will!
My favorite part of the holiday season is family gatherings with wonderful food, great company and time to relax.
The best part is getting to see extended family and trying all the food that each of my relatives are known for cooking well.
Spending time with the family. I get to see family I don’t see often. It is so much fun to spend time with the grandkids.
Christmas morning was such a magical time as a child. Opening presents on that morning is still exciting and is my favorite part of the Holiday season.
I love the music and the lights. A little bit of snow, and a little bit of hustle and bustle are fun as well.
the only holidays i have coming up are my birthday next week and halloween. halloween is, of course closer to the time when eggnog lattes start to appear …
Getting our dysfunctional family together. 🙂
It’s been almost 20 years since I’ve seen a good snow fall and close family. Definitely looking forward to the Christmas lights.
Spending time with my family and watching my children open their presents.
